There are four divorces every minute in this country, totaling over 2.4 million divorces per year. People think that divorce is about the law, but it’s really about three things: family, emotion and money.

You’ve come to the right place.

We created Second Saturday to help everyone at any stage of untying the knot. It is based on the critically acclaimed Second Saturday Divorce workshops that we founded back in 1989 in San Diego. It has since been replicated nationally.

Second Saturday has helped tens of thousands of people successfully navigate the financial, legal, and emotional challenges that often come with difficult, costly life transitions. The program has raised over one million dollars for Second Saturday and other programs developed by the non-profit WIFE.org (Women’s Institute for Financial Education).
